Who we are

Fluffy Felons operates the website at fluffyfelons.com and provides a service that creates custom AI-generated pet portrait posters, printed and delivered to your door.

What data we collect

When you use Fluffy Felons, we collect the following information:

• ✓Your pet's photo, which you upload to generate the poster
• ✓Your pet's name and type (dog, cat, etc.)
• ✓Your pet's personality traits / quirks, as entered by you
• ✓Your email address and full name, collected at checkout via Stripe
• ✓Your delivery address, for shipping the printed poster
• ✓Your IP address, used solely for rate limiting (preventing abuse of our free AI generation service)

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card number, expiry date, or CVV.

How we use your data

• ✓To generate your custom AI portrait poster using your pet's photo and details
• ✓To process your payment via Stripe
• ✓To send your order to our print partner (Prodigi) for printing and shipping
• ✓To communicate with you about your order status
• ✓To respond to support enquiries

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order and providing customer support.

Who we share your data with

We share your data only with the third-party services necessary to fulfil your order. This includes our payment processor (to handle your transaction securely), our print-on-demand and shipping partner (to produce and deliver your poster), and the AI services we use to generate the poster artwork (your pet's photo and details are sent to these services for processing). Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data handling practices.

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers.

How long we keep your data

Order data (including your name, email, delivery address, and generated poster) is retained for 12 months from the date of your order. This is to allow us to handle any support requests, reprint requests, or delivery issues.

After 12 months, your order data is deleted from our systems. If you would like your data deleted sooner, contact us at support@fluffyfelons.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use two types of cookies on this site:

Essential cookies (always active)

• ✓Stripe session cookies - required to process your payment securely
• ✓ff_consent - remembers your cookie consent choice for 12 months
• ✓ff_popup_shown - remembers whether you have seen our email discount popup

Analytics cookies (only if you accept)

• ✓Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - tracks page views, user journeys, and conversions so we can improve the site. Data is anonymised and aggregated.
• ✓TikTok Pixel - measures the effectiveness of our TikTok ads. Collects anonymised data about visits and purchases.
• ✓Meta Pixel - if enabled, measures the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads.

Analytics cookies are only loaded after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Reject", no tracking scripts are loaded and your visit is not tracked. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies - the banner will reappear on your next visit.
