Our service

Fluffy Felons allows you to upload a photo of your pet, choose a poster style, and generate a custom AI-created mugshot poster. Once you're happy with the preview, you can purchase the poster and we will print and ship it to your specified delivery address, or deliver it instantly as a digital download.

Poster printing and shipping is handled by our partner Prodigi. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of order.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of delivery to supported countries. No additional charges apply beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Refund & Returns Policy

Because each poster is uniquely generated and custom-printed to your specific order, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, or because the generated result differs from your expectations. We encourage you to review the preview carefully before purchasing - you can see exactly what you're getting before any payment is taken.

If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant printing error, please contact us at support@fluffyfelons.com within 30 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a reprint or issue a full refund at our discretion.

If your order does not arrive within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner and arrange a resolution, including a reprint or refund if the item is confirmed lost.

To request a refund or report an issue, email support@fluffyfelons.com with your order details. We respond within 2 business days.

Your responsibilities

• ✓You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload. Do not upload photos of people without their consent.
• ✓You must provide accurate delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
• ✓You must be 18 or over to place an order.
• ✓You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose.

AI-generated content

Posters are created using AI image and text generation. Results are humorous and fictional in nature - all "crimes" and "charges" are made up and intended for entertainment only. AI results may vary and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. The generated poster art is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to decline to generate content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photo you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a limited licence to use it for the sole purpose of generating your poster and fulfilling your order. We do not use your pet's photo for marketing, training AI models, or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

The generated poster image is provided to you for personal use. You may print, share, or display it for non-commercial purposes. Resale of generated poster artwork is not permitted.

The Fluffy Felons brand, website design, and all original content remain the property of Fluffy Felons.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluffy Felons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including disruptions to third-party services (Stripe, Prodigi, AI providers) or shipping carrier delays.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US federal and state laws.
